I really shouldn't be getting upset about this...it's really quite stupid...but as the title says...
I awoke this morning to a new review on "Plague" WOO HOO...so of course I quickly click on it to see what my readers had to say about today's page... Being that I've been overdue to update the title....
Only to get chastised for having...get this...a home page...
WTF??
This person went on and on about how the page served no purpose but to frustrate readers and up my page hits. he/she had a hard time finding the link to the actual page and other less than glowing remarks about the site....(use your EYES man! It's visual media!!)
Hello? Don't like it don't look! I'm not after a popularity contest here, and you're the first MF to complain about the set up!
I responded via PQ that I respected his/her opinion, but I like it, and I'm one of about several hundred THOUSAND webcomickers who uses a home page to disseminate information. His/her argument was that it would turn people away...yeah only lazy mo fo's like you! Sigh....It's the only complaint I've heard about it in two years since I Kez designed and I put up the website in its current form...
He/she actually wrote back, pretty much reiterating what they said at first, and then contradicted him/herself, by saying it won't turn away readers afterall...make up your mind! ERGH...okay [/rant]...I'm done...just wanted to vent.
Definitely not changing the style just because he/she's too lazy to take one more click of a mouse...
